The Pease Company was founded in 1923 by C.K. Pease and his father Benjamin Pease in Stamford, CT. Originally, the company was involved with all things "waterworks" installing and servicing not only septic systems, but wells, and engineered drain systems.
Land was purchased in the commercial district of Glenbrook for the building of the Pease Company office near the old train station at the intersection of Crescent St and Glenbrook Rd. A new office building was constructed, behind which was a very large metal structure where equipment, vehicles, etc. were stored. Two or three trucks were present, one to take away sewage.
Current owner, Keith Miller purchased the company in 1991 with the goal of maintaining the company's longstanding reputation in Fairfield County. With a background in construction, Keith worked for nearly 25 years as owner/operator - installing and repairing numerous septic systems while providing quality septic tank cleaning services.
In 2020 Keith's son Chris Miller took over operations of the company. Hoping to build off of the strong reputation left by Keith, Chris is committed to providing honest and quality service to all customers. A new 2018 Freightliner 4,000 gallon pump truck was purchased to ensure that we are able to handle every job.
In 2020 the Pease Septic service area was expanded to include the towns of Westport, and Weston. We are now also happy to announce that we are servicing the community of Newtown, with plans to expand into Fairfield and Ridgefield in the works.
