REAL ESTATE INSPECTIONS

If you are planning to purchase a home with a septic system we highly recommend having a septic inspection competed. Our septic inspection includes: 

• Verifying the correct liquid level in the tank
• Checking the flow of water from the residence to the tank
• Verifying the correct placement, size, and construction of all tank components/examining condition
• Camera inspection of inlet and outlet piping where accessible
• Checking pump chamber components/condition if applicable
• Locating the leaching area, and visually inspecting the area for signs of saturation, or failure.  

PLEASE REQUEST A QUOTE IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE TANK CLEANED AS PART OF THE INSPECTION 

REPORTS EMAILED BY THE END OF THE SAME DAY AS THE INSPECTION

WILL INCLUDE RECOMMENDATION FOR NEXT SERVICE
